1. Livechat

Purpose: Help customers interact with you easily right on the website interface

To add an interactive button on your website, you need to follow these steps: Step 1: At menu => Select Menu Multi-channel connection (1) => Select Livechat (2)

Step 2: Insert the code into the Body or Footer tag on the Website. Copy the code available on the Oncustomer system as shown below to proceed to step 3.

Step 3: Attach the code on the Website platform.

Depending on which tool your website is designed with, there will be different coding operations.

Sapo
Shopify
WordPress

You can talk to your unit's technical staff for support in attaching the code or contact a consultant directly for support with this step.

Step 4: Check to see if the website has livechat installed.

The system will notify you that the code has been successfully attached after correctly following the steps above.
