10. OnCaller

Instead of interacting via chat or having to go to another tab to make a call, you can call directly to interact with customers through integrating the Oncaller switchboard on Oncustomer.

10.1. Connect to the switchboard

Step 1: At menu => select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select OnCaller switchboard.

Step 2: OnCaller Switchboard connection screen displays as shown below.

You enter OnCaller's Domain information and click Connect switchboard to complete the connection.

For example: OnCaller's domain: domain1.oncaller.asia, then to connect to Oncaller on OnCustomer, just enter: domain1

The successful connection interface will display as follows:

Step 3: Add mapping - match users.

You need to add enough information then turn on the connection for the mapping to be successful.

Step 4: After pairing users, the interface will successfully display as follows. You return to Oncustomer's Inbox screen to be able to make a call.

10.2. Call out

  • Method 1: Directly dial the customer's number to call out.

  • Method 2: Click to call: Click on any phone number on the customer section to call.

10.3.Receive incoming calls

  • When a customer calls, a call popup will be displayed.

  • When you press answer, you will enter the customer details corresponding to the phone number dialed in. You can view customer interaction history, call history, take notes, and tag each call to update your actions. customer submission.
