11. Vcall

In addition to Oncaller, you can integrate with Vcall switchboard to call and look up customer support history.

Step 1: At menu => select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select Vcall switchboard.

Step 2: The VHT connection screen displays as shown below. You enter the API Key and API Secret information.

Step 3: Click Connect switchboard to complete the connection.

When connected successfully, the system will display information as shown below.

You have completed the connection.
