12. CareSoft
CareSoft is a new call center channel updated by the Oncustomer development team to meet your customer interaction needs.
To connect, you need:
Step 1: At menu => select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select CareSoft Switchboard.
Step 2: The CareSoft Call Center connection screen is displayed as shown below, enter the API Key information. Please contact the Call Center or go to your CareSoft account to be provided with this API Key information.
Step 3: Click Connect switchboard to complete the connection.
Step 4: Add mapping - match users.
The interface after successful connection will display as shown below.
To make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls, you operate similarly to the Oncaller switchboard.
Note: CareSoft switchboard currently only allows login on 1 web device or app. Please make sure to only log in on 1 device or with the web, only log in 1 tab to ensure uninterrupted connection to Oncustomer.
