13. Mitek

To connect, you need:

Step 1: At menu => select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select Mitek Switchboard.

Step 2: The Mitek Switchboard connection screen is displayed as shown below, enter the API Key information. Please contact Mitek Switchboard to receive this API Key information.

Step 3: Click Connect switchboard to complete the connection.

Similar to OnCaller, Vcall, CareSoft switchboard channels, after connecting to the switchboard, the interface displays successfully and you can perform the same calling steps.
