14. 3CX

To connect, you need:

Step 1: At menu => select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select 3CX switchboard.

Step 2: The 3CX Switchboard connection screen is displayed as shown below, enter Account Sid, API Key Sid and Domain information. Please contact the 3CX Call Center to receive this information.

Step 3: Click Connect switchboard to complete the connection.

Similar to OnCaller, Vcall, CareSoft switchboard channels, after connecting to the switchboard, the interface displays successfully and you can perform the same calling steps.
