15. Shopee

Shopee is currently leading the market, accounting for 63% of the total market share of total revenue of the 5 largest e-commerce platforms in Vietnam today including: Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, Tiktok. Interactively connecting the Shopee channel helps you proactively interact with customers from the e-commerce channel at the same time with customers from social sources to help optimize care time and improve customer experience.

To connect, you need:

Step 1: At menu => select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select Shopee.

Step 2: Click Connect Shopee Account then enter Shopee Account information. Select Vietnam region and log in to Shopee Seller account => Enter the verification code sent to your phone.

Note: Connection does not apply to personal shopee accounts.

Step 3: Grant permission for the first time, Select Confirm Authorization to grant permission to view Messages.

Step 4: Grant permission a second time, Select Seller Account => Select Confirm Authorization to grant permission to view Products and Orders.

Step 5: The connection interface displays as in the image below, meaning you have connected successfully.
