16. Zalo Personal
Purpose: When customers message your personal Zalo account, the message will be forwarded to Oncustomer as a conversation. This integration is ideal for customers who do not use Zalo OA.
By integrating your personal Zalo, you can:
- Synchronize: Synchronize conversations and messages (choose to synchronize personal messages, group messages, or both) from your personal Zalo account. Oncus can also retrieve the avatar and name of users even if you haven't added them as a friend on Zalo.
- Send Messages: Send messages from Oncustomer. Supported message types include: text, images, stickers, gifs, videos.
- Set Permissions: Configure permissions.
- Send Notifications: Send notifications in case of Zalo disconnection.
- Multi-channel Reactions: React across different channels.
4.1. Connecting Personal Zalo
Step 1: Go to the multi-channel connection section => Select Personal Zalo to start the connection process.
Step 2: Add your personal Zalo account by scanning the Oncustomer QR code with your personal Zalo app. This completes the connection.
4.2. Disconnection Notification
When the Zalo connection is lost, the system automatically sends notifications via the bell icon and email to the customer.
- Send Notification via Bell Icon on the main screen.
- Send Notification via Email.
