2. Facebook Messenger

Purpose: When your customers send messages on Facebook Messenger, the system will send the messages to Oncustomer.

To connect Facebook Messenger, you need to do the following steps: Step 1: At menu => Select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select Messenger.

Step 2: Click Add Page to get started.

Step 3: The system automatically redirects to the Facebook login page. You proceed to log in to the FB account whose Fanpage you want to connect to Livechat.

Continue to select the Fanpage you want to connect to Livechat => Click Continue.

Select the Done button to complete the connection with Messenger Fanpage.

After successful connection, the system will display information as shown below:

Step 4: Assign conversation to group/individual.

Thus, the process of connecting your Facebook Messenger channel is complete.
