4. Zalo OA
To connect to the Zalo OA channel, you need to follow 5 steps:
Step 1: At menu => Select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select Zalo

Step 2: The Zalo OA connection screen is displayed => select Connect Zalo Official Account.

Step 3: The system will automatically navigate to the Zalo page for you to log in to your registered Zalo OA account.

Step 4: After successfully logging in to Zalo. You select the Zalo OA account you want to connect to Livechat => select Agree to allow the Official Account management application => Click the Allow button to complete the Connection.


After connecting successfully. The connection screen will have information as shown below:

Step 5: Assign automatic conversations to groups/individuals.

So you have completed connecting Oncustomer to your Zalo OA account, conversations from Zalo OA will sync to Oncustomer so you can interact easily.
