5. SMS
Purpose: Connect with SMS (VMG) Brandname so agents can send customer care SMS messages right on the Inbox OnCustomer interface.
In addition, to successfully connect SMS (VMG) Brandname, you need to perform the following steps: Step 1: Log in to your VMG account to get Token information.

Step 2: At OnCustomer menu => select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select SMS.

Step 3: The SMS connection screen will display as shown below. You enter the Token information obtained in step 1.

Step 4: Click Connect to complete the SMS connection. When connected successfully, the system will display information as shown below.

Step 5: Fill in the Brandname of the business that has been successfully registered on VMG.

After successfully filling in Brandname, information will be displayed as shown below.

Step 6: Successfully connect SMS, return to the Inbox screen to send SMS messages.

You can now send SMS Brandname messages from Oncustomer.
