6. Email
Purpose: Connecting Emai helps you connect livechat with your Email account so that when customers send a message to Email, that message will be transferred directly to livechat.
Step 1: At menu => Select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select Email.

Step 2: In the Email receiving section, copy the link to the email address to receive forwarded mail on OnCustomer.

Step 3: Log in to the email you want to forward. Select View all settings and options.

Select Forwarding and POP/IMAP.

Step 4: In the Add forwarding address section, paste the link copied in Step 2.

Step 5: Email will send a message containing a confirmation code.

Step 6: Paste the confirmation code after adding the forwarding email address.

And you can already receive all your emails from OnCustomer. Now to send email, you need to do something like the image below:

There are 3 email sending options:
Sent from default domain: name.hovatendem@x9.demo-on-customer.mail.oncustomer.asia.
Send from employee's OnCustomer account email using business email.
Send together using 1 business email account.
To authenticate email, add a Cname record to the email domain administrator: oncustomer._domainkey with value 5c123c88-62a4-41fa-8314-183b82ffd0c3.dkim.oncustomer.asia.
