7. Youtube Comment

Purpose: When customers comment on Youtube, it will create a conversation that flows to Oncustomer.

To connect Youtube Comment, you need to follow these steps: Step 1: At menu => Select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select Youtube comment.

Step 2: Click Connect Youtube to get started.

Step 3: The system automatically redirects to the Youtube login page. You log in to your Youtube account and want to connect to Livechat.

Continue clicking Advanced => Go to oncustomer.asia.

Select the Allow button to complete the connection to Youtube.

So you have completed connecting to the Youtube Comment channel.
