8. Instagram

Purpose: When customers comment on Instagram, the system will send messages to Oncustomer as a conversation.

Only applicable to Instagram Business accounts. Currently, Oncustomer allows connection to the Instagram Comment channel, but cannot be connected if customers send private messages via Instagram.

To connect Oncustomer to your business's Instagram account, you need: Step 1: At menu => Select Menu Multi-channel connection => Select Instagram.

Step 2 & Step 3 are similar to integrating Facebook Comment & Facebook Messenger.
