1. Bitrix24
Purpose: Automatically create and synchronize Leads and Contacts obtained right from OnCustomer, saving time and avoiding omissions. Display customer information from Bitrix24 to OnCustomer Inbox.
To connect, you need:
Step 1: You will find API key information on the Bitrix24 CRM application by:
Go to Add-ons, select REST API

Select Integrate with third-party systems

Select Sync Clients

In the Access rights section, select the user, then save.

Copy Webhook to call REST API

Step 2: Connect to OnCustomer
Paste the Webhook information into OnCustomer, click Update

Select Display Info and Advanced settings, then Save settings.

After connecting the system, the livechat will link to the Bitrix24 system to get the customer's purchase history information when that customer chats. Bitrix24 system can also get information from livechat to continue caring for and monitoring customers.
