2. GetFly

Purpose: Connecting with Getfly helps you easily create customers right on Oncustomer, supporting the display of information to help you understand the context surrounding customers more fully.

Set connection information

Step 1: You will find API key information on the Getfly CRM application by:

Click on the avatar in the top right corner, select Settings, then select Integration in the menu on the left of the screen, continue to select Getfly API Key.

Step 2: Enter domain name and API Key information

Step 3: Select the information to display on the conversation

Then Save. The information you choose will be displayed right in your Inbox when your customers text you, this information helps you quickly understand your customers.
