Purpose: KiotViet connection helps you view customer information, money amounts, orders, and customer orders right on the OnCustomer platform.
Set connection information
Step 1: You can find API Key information on the KiotViet application by following the following link: instruct.
Step 2: Enter Client ID and Security Code into the information box on OnCustomer
Step 3: Set display information
Information needed to connect:
Customer information
Order
Invoice
Then Save. The information you choose will be displayed right in your Inbox when your customers text you, this information helps you quickly understand your customers.
