4. Call Campaign
Purpose: Create a list of customers who need to make a call campaign for you to easily track.
In case you need to call a list of customers, you can perform a call campaign (if your account has been integrated with a switchboard, such as oncaller...).
Steps: Step 1: Select the customers.

Step 2: Click to the "Call Campaign" button.

Step 3: You create a Call campaign script and select Save.

When making a call campaign, you can attach Tags and Notes to that call. Tags and Notes will be arranged and displayed in the call history at each customer's profile in order of most recent update time first.
