1.1. Smart Trigger
Purpose: Convert customers interacting with the website into potential customers.
Smart Trigger message campaigns help you proactively send appropriate text messages to customers when meeting the set conditions based on their characteristics and behavior on the website, applicable to customers on websites with chat windows.
Smart Trigger message campaigns can be turned on and off.
Steps:
Step 1: At Campaign Menu (1) => Select Messages (2) => select Smart trigger (3) => Click the Add smart message button.

Step 2: Fill the campaign's name.

Step 3: Compose a message.
Composing the message content is a mandatory step that must be performed before moving on to the next step.

Sent from: Messages that appear on the website that customers see will be under this employee's name.
Reply message sent to: When a customer replies to a message from the application, a conversation will be created in the inbox and delivered to this employee/group of employees.
Message content: You can use emojis and attractive illustrations to make the message more interactive and attractive to customers. Besides, you can preview how content and images will appear on the customer's side with a mock widget.

Click "Finished" to move to next steps.
Step 4: Choose target customers.
Select target customers so that when customers have same the conditions, campaign messages will automatically display.
You can set multiple conditions and select customers that satisfy All/any of those conditions.

Step 5: Set up the campaign.
With the Smart Trigger message campaign, the message will be sent only when the customer meets the installation conditions, so you can set the message to be sent once or multiple times to the same customer.
Send once: The message is displayed once on the customer's side, regardless of whether the customer has read the message or not.
Send multiple times: The message is displayed on the customer's side until they read the message (disable/reply to the message).

Click "Finished" to move to next steps.
Step 6: Activate the campaign.
Activate the active campaign and you can monitor its performance using the admin screen afterward.


To turn the campaign on/off, click the on/off button.
