3. Ticket Report

Purpose: Allows you to view an overview of the number of tickets created.

In Menu => Select Report Menu (1) => Select Ticket Report (2) => Select Overview (3)

You can select the time period you want to view the report. The system has a default display time, but you can also change it if you want.

There are many types of reports:

  • Tickets over time: You will see how many tickets are created each day.

  • Tickets according to staff: Number of tickets by creator.

  • Number of tickets assigned per day to each employee: Employees will see how many tasks they have assigned during the day.

  • Status by pipeline: You can filter by pipeline to see how many tickets that pipeline has.
