4. Service Task Report

Purpose: Helps you track the overall report of the Service task

In Menu => Select Report Menu (1) => Select Service Task Report (2) => Select Overview (3)

You can select the time period you want to view the report. The system has a default display time, but you can also change it if you want.

Types of Service task reports:

  • Service Tasks over time: Number of newly created tickets grouped by creation date

  • Service Task by employee: Number of service tasks by creator.

  • Number of Service Tasks assigned per day for each employee

  • Status by pipeline: Tags are arranged by number from largest to smallest.
