6. Call Report

Purpose: Helps you track data reporting incoming/outgoing call history from Caresoft/OnCaller switchboards

The call history overview report screen will display as shown below:

This report screen also allows users to filter call history reports according to selected conditions. Users can choose to save this parameter filter and reuse it next time without having to select the parameters again.

Note: Save filters with time conditions have not been applied.
