6. Team performance - Automatically assigned conversation

Purpose: Help you track the number of automatically assigned conversations according to installed principles.

In Menu => Select Menu Report (1) => Select Team Performance (2) => select Automatically assigned conversation (3).

You can select the time period you want to view the report. The system has a default display time, but you can also change it if you want.

Types of automatic conversation reports:

  • Conversations are assigned automatically

  • Conversations are delivered automatically according to the rules
