7.1. Service Task

Purpose: Helps you see the level of customer satisfaction with the Service Task service.

In Menu => Select Menu Report (1) => Select Customer Experience (2) => Select Service Task (3)

You can select the time period you want to view the report. The system has a default display time, but you can also change it if you want.

You can filter for all employees or for a specific employee/group to view reports:

Types of customer experience reports according to Service Task:

  • Customers are satisfied over time

  • Customers are satisfied according to employees .

  • Customer reviews.
