7.2. CSAT
Purpose: Helps you view customer satisfaction index (CSAT).
In "Menu" => Select Report Menu (1) => Select Customer Experience (2) => Select Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) (3).

You can select the time period you want to view the report. The system has a default display time, but you can also change it if you want.

You can filter for all employees or for a specific employee/group to view reports:
