4. Working Hour
Purpose: Set up work schedules for the technical department, ensuring proper completion of assigned tasks.
To view the work schedule, select the supporting features section, click "Calendar" as shown below:

Here you can filter service tasks according to task progress: from unscheduled tasks to tasks that have not been completed or are overdue.

In the Field Technicians section, when you click on this section, the system will allow you to filter tasks by each technician. This helps users just focus on completing their own tasks instead of other technicians' tasks.

At the Work Schedule screen, the system allows you to use many different filters to control your work schedule:
Today: Your tasks today.
Time filter: You can filter by hour, day, month, year. To view tasks by hour, proceed as in step 6 below.
Status: Filters by service task status include: completed, open (in process), all.
Processing deadline: Filter by processing time of tasks, divided into: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes.
With this filter you can view an overview of tasks by day, week or month.
When you click on each specific day, the system will display each time frame of the day for you so you can understand the specific tasks by hour. (shown as photo 4.8 below).
In this part, the system will display the actual dates in bold (according to the regular calendar) to help you distinguish them from other dates.

If your unit has activities that require technicians to work outside, this feature is very suitable for your unit. For units that do not have such services or activities, they may not need to use this feature.
