4. Working Calender

Purpose: Set up work schedules for the technical department, ensuring proper completion of assigned tasks.

To view the work schedule, access the supporting features section, click on the work schedule section as shown below:

Here you can filter service tasks according to task progress: from unscheduled tasks to tasks that have not been completed or are overdue.

In the Field Technicians section, when you click on this section, the system will allow you to filter tasks by each technician. This helps users just focus on completing their own tasks instead of other technicians' tasks.

At the Work Schedule screen, the system allows you to use many different filters to control your work schedule:

4.1. Today: Your tasks for today.

4.2. Filter by month: note, this filter only filters by month. However, don't worry because the filters in this section will complement each other so you won't miss any data.

4.3. Status: filter by service task status includes: completed, open (in process), all.

4.4. Processing time: Filter by processing time of tasks, divided into: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes.

4.5. With this filter you can view an overview of tasks by day, week or month.

4.6. When you click on each specific day, the system will display each time frame of the day for you so you can understand the specific tasks by hour. (shown as figure 4.8 below).

4.7. In this part, the system will simply display the actual date (according to the regular calendar) in bold to help you distinguish it from other dates.
